This adapted model is distributed under the same license. The upstream archive now also documents CC Attribution 4.0 International: https://dbarchive.biosciencedbc.jp/en/bodyparts3d/lic.html Modifications by this project: selected spine, intervertebral discs, ribs, sternum, shoulder and pelvic bones, and skin; cropped skin below the upper thighs; coordinate conversion; welded vertices and recomputed smooth normals; Meshopt compression and GLB packaging. Bone mesh topology is retained. Rendering materials and region metadata are customized for the report. This is a generic adult anatomical reference, not a patient scan, not a clinical measurement, and not evidence of the user's actual spine shape. 2026-10-16: Integrated user supplied spine-3d.zip BodyParts3D meshes: 25 vertebral/sacral parts, 2 pelvic bones, 22 discs and 14 paraspinal muscles. Their OBJ headers carry the same CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan license. The existing T12 intervertebral disc and other context meshes are retained. At that stage, disease-state GLB and Blender projects were not distributed. See the later teaching-model addition below. Original input hashes and provenance are recorded per part in manifest.json. 2026-10-16 additional teaching models: assets/pathology contains split user-provided disease-state GLB assets, plus explicitly illustrative localized posterior protrusion deformations of healthy disc meshes. Adapted assets shared under CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan based on their original OBJ attribution; no patient data. See ../pathology/manifest.json.
